Fly Casting & Fishing Instruction

My name is Regan Skinner, I am the Fishery Manager as well as a qualified casting instructor and an Angling Trust Level 2 coach. I am able to offer casting lessons to those new to fly fishing, as well as for more experienced anglers wishing to sharpen up their techniques.

These sessions last up to 2 hours and cost £40 per person. For members of the Boxmoor Trout Fishery it is just £30 per person.

Equipment can be provided free of charge.

I also offer a ‘Welcome to Fly Fishing Package’, this is a 4 hour session where I take you through the equipment, casting techniques and methods that will get you started in this fascinating sport.

Again equipment can be provided free of charge.

Lessons can also be arranged at the lake to suit the student. All equipment and materials can be provided free of charge, if needed.
